Sizes of Flex and vinyl banner

Flex and vinyl banner are available in different sizes. These are available in roll format. Flex is available in roll width of up to 10 ft with length 50, 60 and 80 meter. There are different machines which are used to print on these banner media. Machines can be divided into solvent and eco solvent machine. Solvent machine are used to print for outdoor media application like flex. Eco solvent machine result into biodegradable, environment safe prints used mainly for indoors, exhibitions, events etc.

Rest everywhere it is well within 10 ft length. Vinyl is used for pasting, standees, banner stand, panels, Shop displays, POP stands etc. Vinyl rolls are available in roll width of 5 and 6 ft.

Banner size for hoardings

Hoardings are big size banner you can see on roads, highways, above prominent shapes, market area etc. Majority of these hoardings are paid which are chargeable on monthly basis. In prominent places in Mumbai and Delhi, hoarding can cost you in few lacs for a month display. These are available in different sizes there are no fixed or recommended sizes. Flex shop board sizes

We can use both simple front lit or back lit flex board for shape. Back lit board have provision for light and it is made of iron box or APC board. Advanced LED sign board and cut out boards are also available. Sizes vary as per location and availability. You will hardly find any consistent sizes of these banners in any market as shops are of different shapes and sizes.

Normally sizes of board is width of shop which can be 6 ft for ultra small shop to 40 ft (large shop). Height of board can be anywhere between 2 ft to 5 ft. More than 5 ft is also possible but that would look too big. So common sizes will be:-

Banner Stand sizes

Banner stand can be either roll up standee or self standing. Self standing banner stand can be seen plenty in number outside the shops. These are more robust and can withstand tough weather. Roll up standee on other hand require support and mainly used for indoor or protected environment. Common sizes for standee is 2x5 ft, 2.5x6 ft, 3x6 ft, 4x6 ft.

Banner stand adjustable type maximum size is 8x8 ft. You can adjust the height of the backdrop as per your requirement. Self standing outside the shop have print on both side. There are also direction banner as well. Common size is 2x4 ft, 3x5 ft.

Maximum print size of vinyl

Vinyl comes in roll format which is available in roll size of 5ft and 6ft width, length is larger and can be as large as 50 meters as well. You can print banner in 5ft x upto 50 meter in size. In case you are looking at size like 10x8 ft then you have 2 print 2 banners and join them with either butt joint or overlap joint. Joint is not visible from a distance when professionally pasted.

Vinyl glass and door banner size

Glass and door size height is up to 8 ft. You can find high height offices and panels as well whose height can be as high as 15-20 ft. There is no fixed height of the glass panel. It is important to measure the exact size of the panel before processing your order for printing. Door width normally is within 3 ft i.e. Maximum width of the door whether good, mica or glass is 3ft.
