Foam Board Printing

Foam board is commonly used these days both for commercial and personal use. Commercial application though rule the roost. They are cost effective way for mounting your posters and banners. Personal usages can be for parties like get together, birthday etc where you can choose foam board. Print quality is superior than the flex media and it is plain, so can be pasted on to wall or any plain surface. This make it reusable where as a flex birthday banner have to be discarded after the event as they are not made to be used for extensive usage indoor.

These board are printed with eco solvent ink, with high quality digital latex multi color printing.

Month on month at Whizz Prints we are witnessing a healthy growth of more than 10% in outdoor media business may it be banner or pasted board like foam boards.

It is fairly simple to paste these board, only large size board need to be pasted with overlap print paste or butt joint. Small size upto 3ft in either dimension can be safely pasted without much help. You can paste them with the help of double side foam tape as well. Though we recommend to use mirror screws or nails as foam tape may lose grip after few days and can't be employed for long term application.

You have option to either print directly on foam board for bulk quantity order or eco vinyl is pasted on to the foam board. Later is also done via graded machine so there is no chance of banner media coming out after repeated usage. These board are available in variety of thickness. Most widely used is 3mm board. If you are looking for thicker board then we do stock 5,6 and 10 mm thick board as well.

We also see them extensively used for wall branding and self branding. UV flat bed machines are also used for printing directly on the foam board. UV flat bed printing will have no necessity of laminating the banner media. For eco vinyl pasted board, it is always advise to laminate to protect it from wear and tear. You can opt for gloss or matt lamination.
