Access badges differ from the traditional ID cards printing as they aren't meant to be used for long duration of time. Mostly, these are used to give access for events, exhibitions or a program. You can also use access card to differentiate between Guests and VIPs. Nowadays event organizers use different color access card for guests and business visitors. Registration is both online and at the event organizer desk. Details are printed on these badges which may include your name, company name and designation.

Material on which entry pass and badges are printed

Entry pass and badges can be printed on either paper or thick PVC stock depending upon your budget. Normally these badges are printed on paper stock which is inserted into similar size plastic pouch with lanyard. If you have quantity over 100 pcs, you can go with multi color or single color lanyard printing as well.

PVC card which are same as ID cards are not used as it is not possible to print on them with the normal printer. As we have to keep these badges in the laminated plastic pouches, thickness of the paper stock doesn't matter.

We can print it upto 350 gsm stock of paper but visitors details may not print on them as office printers normally print till 170 gsm paper stock only. There is no MOQ as such but as of now we are taking orders for minimum 100 quantity of badges.

Once the printed badges are handed over to you, you are not done. Important task of printing visitors details on to these entry passes needs to be done. You can also choose not to print any visitors details on these badges but that will make it difficult for stall owners to associate with visitors.

You can use the event badges printers which are specially designed to just print the ID cards and badges. But you needn't have to break your bank, as the same work can be done by any office printer as well with correct margin setting and bleed area marks.
