Conference pads are also known as Conference note pads, desk pads, notebooks, simply pads and promotional desk pads. This will be interest to those whose company participates in conferences. Also this can be used if you are giving a tutorial or presentation where you want your audience to take notes. It is accompanied with promotional pen with your company logo printed or laser engraved. Coaching classes, tutorials, training session guys also use them.
These pads can be procured from a stationery shop nearby you in sizes, thickness, color and quantity starting from 1 pcs. What you would miss out is the branding i.e. Company logo, tag line, point of contact etc. Think if you have some thing great to share on tips to improve productivity on productivity hand on tutorial. In 1990's these pads use to come in minimum 50 pages per pad. After many years people start thinking why we need 50 pages when hardly any one sitting in these conferences takes not more than 2-3 pages. From last 2 decades or so, companies like ITC fine paper, BILT etc are making these pads with 10 pages set. You will find conference pads containing more than 10 pages as well. Normally there are in 10, 50 or 100 pages. We haven't seen any pad containing more than 100 pages, as it will become a note book instead of a pad.
If your requirement is just few say anywhere between 25-100 pads, then you can go with screen printing. Screen printing of company logo, contact details on front page or both cover & last page. This form of printing is economical over digital or offset printing. Kindly note that certain colors like gradients, high detailed logo is non printable via screen. For such logos and design it is advise to go with greyscale logo printing. You can add up with logo printing on inside page as well either as bookmark or at header/footer.
Standard size of conference pads is A5 size and A4 size. Larger size A3 is available as well which is hardly used. Custom size printing may attract additional cost. You can also add some freebies as well. During events and exhibitions, companies also used as give aways as part of the larger kit.
